The Challenge

Dragon's Fire is a beautiful course tucked away in Ontario. It was loved by locals, but online, you didn't get that same feeling. They had minimal digital presence, sparse online reviews, and no strategy for driving tee times through digital marketing.

What We Did

We built out a full social media strategy: drone footage, short-form video, and scroll-stopping content designed to get more eyeballs on the course, more visitors to the site, and more tee times booked. We implemented a review generation system to boost their Google ranking and reputation, resulting in 1,000+ five-star reviews. We also increased clubhouse communication and leveraged their audience to run targeted campaigns that generated new revenue and kept money coming in throughout the entire year.

Campaign Spotlight: Black Friday

With the course closed for the season, we launched a 14-day Black Friday campaign that generated over $70,000 in revenue, securing tee times for the following year. Off-season campaigns like this are powerful because there's almost no overhead. Nearly all of it is profit. This was one of several campaigns that drove over $120K in total off-season revenue.
